If you would like to be considered for rental of one of our available Apartments, Please fill out the Pre-Screening Application at the bottom of this page. There are no fees due at this time. A member of our management staff will contact you (usually within 48 hrs. except weekends). If we feel that you are a good fit for our property, we will arrange for a showing of the property, and collect your $35 Non-Refundable Application Fee, and you will be instructed on what your next steps will be.
Remember, all applicants for these apartments must go through a thorough Background, and Credit Check, and while we don't sweat the small stuff, Crimes against people, and their property is grounds for immediate denial of an application for Lease/Rental. Evictions/Repossessions within the last three years, or multiple Evictions/Repossessions over any period of time is also grounds for a Declined Application.
